enjoy extraordinary cheeses year round – even when you can’t
personally shop in our store – we’re inaugurating Erick’s Cheese
of the Month Club.
Give the gift of cheese to a friend, or treat yourself to a
tasty present that
automatically arrives at your door.
Sign up for the 3-month or 6-month club. Each month you’ll
receive three different cheeses, approximately ½ lb. each, with
a full description of the cheese, some serving suggestions, and
our thoughts on a wine and/or beer you might enjoy with each
cheese. |

intention, address, and phone number and we’ll call you
for your credit card number (please don’t email your

The first
selections will be shipped in March, 2007.

cheese is shipped, you will be billed $35/month plus shipping
and handling (shipping charges may vary depending on location).
- We ship
on the first Wed. of the month, 2nd-day air out-of-state,
ground in NC.
