The owners and staff of Erick’s have years of experience in the industry tasting, selling, and educating people on wine. Owner Randall Ray has been a professional in the food and beverage industry for many years and is recognized as a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators.

Owner Ren Manning is an avid wine collector, has earned an Intermediate Certificate from the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust and has judged prestigious wine competitions. Wine consultant Destiny Dudley is a Certified Wine Specialist and Court of Masters Sommelier. The staff has many years of experience in the wine industry and holds various degrees and certificates while continuing to expand on their knowledge and expertise.

Erick’s Trained and Experienced Wine Specialists will:

• Select wines with staggered maturities to enjoy now or lay down for later.
• Deliver, stock, mark, and inventory the wines in your cellar.
• Keep an ongoing relationship with our clients to answer any questions that arise.
• Notify our clients regarding special offerings and acquisitions that will enhance their wine portfolios.
• Appraise your existing collection for donation purposes or for private sale.
